Cancer Fund Dinner
This was the second of a two-part assignment. The first part was to create a logo for an organization focussed on a modern topic. We were given a list of topics, which was pretty open, and we were able to make up anything that went along with the topic.
I chose the "medical" topic and created a an organization called the "Cancer Fund" which helps to raise money to fight cancer. My promotional card was for a dinner at a high-class restaurant/hotel in New York City. I wanted to go for the big bucks.
The resulting design was geared towards large, multi-million dollar corporations. The event was to be black-tie only and so I wanted a high-class feel. The constructivist design on the front of the card was to encourage donations. |
